I would like to say that my experience with Valerie McCavour has been such a pleasure!! This is the second house that I've purchased and I must say that my first experience with an unamed Realtor was 'not so pleasant' border line nightmare. I was hesitant at first to use someone else but on the glowing reports that my sister and brother-in-law had over Valerie - I said well I'll give her a try. From the first moment I met Val, I felt the warmth, the compassion, she felt like family already! I had the opportunity to work with Val in 2008 to buy my first home. It was a whirlwind experience, but she was there every step of the way with helpful suggestions, pointers on what to look for, and insights into the market. Without the fabulous help of Valerie McCavour we would not be in our home in Perth now. Within a short period of time she had sold our two houses in Ottawa at the price we were asking and negotiated with the real estate broker in Perth to purchase below the asking price .

Valerie helped us to prepare both houses in Ottawa for showing and to have open houses at our convenience. She arranged for the house inspectors for us and for a contractor to do minor repairs. Valerie was marvelous with our lawyer and our banking. In other words she did everything for us as we were novices at this . Being Seniors we were extremely grateful to her.
